Job summary

Pico is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Protocol Analytics & Customer Solutions) to shape analytics capabilities by translating customer needs into differentiated product features. You will work closely with customers, Sales Engineering, Support and Engineering in a fast-moving, highly agile environment across multiple regions, with hybrid office and remote work options.

Qualifications

Experience in product management or related technical role.
Strong understanding of network protocols (Ethernet, IP, TCP, UDP) and observability concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate technical discussions into clear requirements.
Financial markets or trading technology experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead prioritisation of exchange-driven protocol changes and customer-requested enhancements.
Own product conversations for customer-driven protocol and analytics requests.
Collaborate with customers and Sales Engineering in opportunities, workshops and proof-of-value engagements.
Write clear requirements for Engineering with context, priorities and acceptance criteria.
Investigate customer enquiries with Support to identify patterns and roadmap opportunities.
Communicate roadmap priorities and delivery status to stakeholders.
Operate in an agile environment with evolving priorities and frequent reassessment.
Champion the voice of the customer in product planning.
