The Role

We're looking for a Technical Operations Associate with coding abilities who can tackle a variety of data and document management tasks while growing into a more analytical role over time. This position is available as either a permanent role or a 1-year rolling contract, depending on your preference.

What You'll Do:

• Help us migrate and organise data from various systems (including SAP, which could be a positive or a negative)
• Build tools to automate and streamline administrative processes
• Convert and standardise document formats at scale
• Assist with building better information architecture in SharePoint
• Support various technical projects as we upgrade our systems
• Learn our business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Technical Skills We're Looking For:

• Ability to code or strong willingness to learn quickly
• Experience with or interest in learning Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Comfort with using APIs and integrating different systems
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms is a plus
• Experience with AI tools for productivity and coding assistance
