eir business talent is seeking a Senior Technical Architect (Dynamics) for a day-rate contract in Dublin. The role is hybrid with three onsite days per week and focuses on ownership of a Dynamics 365 platform within a Microsoft Applications environment.

eir business talent are currently seeking applicants for a Senior Technical Architect (Dynamics). This is a day rate contract position located with our client in Dublin 1. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect to join a well-established Microsoft applications environment and take technical ownership of a business-critical Dynamics 365 platform.

This is a senior role suited to someone who can operate independently, make architectural decisions, engage confidently with senior stakeholders and provide technical leadership to an established team of senior Dynamics CRM developers.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a significant portion of the existing architecture and technical workload, helping to create additional capacity within the wider architecture team for strategic initiatives, including AI.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a senior technical authority across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM environment.
• Provide architecture and technical direction to a team of experienced Dynamics developers.
• Own solution design and technical decision-making across complex applications and integrations.
• Work extensively with Microsoft Azure and .NET-based services and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Review designs, code and proposed technical approaches from the development team.
• Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation, including high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD).
• Remain close enough to the technology to undertake limited hands‑on development where required.
• Support the evolution of the Microsoft technology estate as the organisation increases its focus on AI and data‑led initiatives.

Experience:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM
• Technical or Solution Architecture in complex enterprise environments
• Microsoft Azure
• .NET / C# and associated application workflows
• Dynamics integrations and enterprise application architecture
• Designing and documenting HLDs and LLDs
• Providing technical direction to experienced development teams
• Code/design reviews and technical governance
• Working independently with minimal oversight
• Communicating technical decisions to senior stakeholders

Experience at Lead Architect, Principal Engineer, Senior Technical Architect or equivalent level would be particularly relevant.
