Job summary

McKesson Technology is seeking a Technical AI Enablement Senior Engineer to design and scale AI-driven solutions across infrastructure, cloud, and data teams. You will translate business ideas into robust technical plans, ensure secure, compliant deployments, and drive lifecycle management of AI initiatives.

You will act as a technical bridge across business and tech units, enabling knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration to mature McKesson's AI capability in production environments.

Technology stack & Tools

• AI Frameworks/tools: Experience with tools such as LangChain and OpenAI.
• Automation Platforms: Experience with automation technologies (e.g., UiPath).
• Programming Languages: Knowledge of Python and SQL; ability to work with APIs.
• Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Modern Practices: Familiarity with MLOps, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years in AI/automation solution deployment or technical enablement roles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and modern data architectures.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and scalable architectures.
• Certifications in AI, cloud architecture, or automation technologies.
• Experience working in large, complex, multinational organizations.

Total Rewards

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. Our Base Pay Range for this position €72,000 - €120,000

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
