Job summary

Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited is hiring a part-time Retail Associate to deliver friendly, proactive service and help customers find the right products and services. The role supports store targets in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

You’ll work approximately 20 hours per week with a competitive starting salary and a generous OTE, plus benefits including a smartphone plan, pension and healthcare. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and proactive service to every customer.
• Understand customer needs and match them to products and services.
• Take ownership of issues and resolve them.
• Promote self-service through the My3 app with a show, not tell approach.
• Drive sales by presenting solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Work towards personal and store targets with energy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Look for process improvements and share ideas.
• Assist with cash handling, mentoring and admin as needed.
• Support and motivate teammates to succeed.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Business and Credit teams.
