Northern Trust in Limerick is seeking a Technical Co-Ordinator for Transfer Agency to oversee reconciliations and account reporting, ensuring deadlines and quality. You will contribute to accurate processing and timely sign-off of reporting while maintaining high client service standards.

Reconciliations

Role
Reporting to a Team Manager, as part of a dedicated cross jurisdictional Reconciliations Team, your main responsibility will be oversight on bank accounts and reconciliation entries, ensuring all relevant deadlines are met and the daily sign off & quality checking of reporting. Whilst also ensuring you are meeting all client service standards and regulatory requirements.
The Transfer Agency (TA) department provides third party fund services to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder service functions including client services, dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, and commissions.
