Job Description:

The Team member provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac's customers receive the best quality, service and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac's restaurant. The Team Member must interact with customers, staff and management in a friendly and efficient manner to achieve this result.

Supermac's opening hours are 12:00 - 23:00 and candidates must be able to work on a flexible basis.

THE JOB:

  • Working in an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety and quality aspects, ensuring consistency every time.
  • Working as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect.
  • Following company guidelines and training in all aspects of food preparation, production, and storage.
  • Portraying a professional image at all times, both on and off the premises.
  • Providing warm and friendly service to customers each time they visit.
  • Collaborating with management to increase customer numbers and sales daily.
  • Following correct procedures for cash handling as directed by management.
  • Maintaining uniform and personal appearance according to company guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager.
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction at all times, from opening to closing.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a busy customer service environment.
  • Ambitious individuals eager to gain knowledge and assume additional responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and various shifts.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
