Job summary

Sprout is seeking friendly Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant in Ireland. You’ll welcome customers, take orders, prepare and serve fresh food to Sprout standards, and help keep the service running smoothly.

Training is provided, so no prior experience is required, and you’ll be part of a team that values growth from within. Reporting to the Restaurant Leader, this full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay and benefits such as free meals on shifts, team discounts, and wellbeing

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, take orders and help create a warm, friendly experience.
• Prepare and serve fresh food to Sprout standards, making sure every dish looks and tastes great.
• Learn all areas of the service line, including till, toppings and mix.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organised, stocked and ready for service.
• Learn our menu to answer questions and confidently recommend dishes.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy periods.

Contract: Full-time

Pay: €14.15-€14.70 per hour, depending on experience and role

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers, take orders and help create a warm, friendly experience
• Prepare and serve fresh food to Sprout standards, making sure every dish looks and tastes great
• Learn all areas of the service line, including till, toppings and mix

• Learn our menu so you can answer questions and recommend dishes confidently
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
