Job Overview

Store position at Palm Beach-Boca Raton, FL (East) delivering friendly customer service, assisting shoppers and ensuring a fast checkout experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including the return/go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well‑merchandised store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Interact with others respectfully and promote the organization’s vision and values.
• Be cross‑trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail and/or customer service experience.
• Physical ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, bend, lift, carry, reach, stretch, and lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Work in a public retail store setting; all public areas climate controlled, some stock rooms may not be climate controlled.
• Encounter some outdoor work when retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.

• Minimum age: 16 years or older (U.S.).
