Job summary

Flying Tiger Copenhagen is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join the Swords store on a fixed-term contract for 8 hours per week. The role involves supporting daily operations, leading the store team, ensuring a well-presented shop floor, accurate till functions, and delivering friendly customer service across a variety of shifts.

Flexibility to work up to 5 days a week during busy periods and a pay rate of €14.75 per hour are included.

Team Leader for 8 hours per week, fixed term contract. Swords Store.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our store at Flying Tiger Copenhagen Swords.

Must be fully flexible and available to work Monday through to Sunday working a variety of shift patterns ranging from early start to support delivery to starting later to support closing the store.

To be available to work up to 5 out of 7 days each week during busy trading periods.

What the role is about?

• A Team Leader supports the management team in the daily operations and is a key player in the store team to role model best practice.
• It’s a hands-on role that involves ensuring the shop floor is well-presented and replenished to maximize sales, the warehouse is organised, and the store team undertake their duties whilst delivering friendly customer service.
