Job summary

The Rehab Group in Tralee, Co Kerry, is seeking a Team Leader to support the Residential Services Manager in delivering a high quality, person-centred service for adults with Acquired Brain Injury and mental health needs in a HIQA-registered respite setting.

The role requires a third level graduate in Health & Social Care or equivalent, with proven management experience, and the ability to lead staff rotas, training and supervision while maintaining excellent family communications.

Qualifications

• Requires a third level graduate in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in managing and supervising individuals and teams.
• Experience in HIQA registered services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of a truly person-centred service for all clients.
• Oversee staff rotas, training, leadership, supervision and care plans within the respite service.
• Liaise with families and Centre Manager as directed.
• Ensure HIQA regulations are followed and reporting to HIQA is maintained.
