Job summary

TK Maxx in Carrickmines, Ireland, is hiring a Full Time Team Leader to inspire and guide a diverse retail team. You will lead by example, empower associates and help store managers deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible hours across 7am–11:30pm, including weekends, with opportunities for development and progression within TJX Europe. We offer competitive pay, staff discounts and a range of contracts. Previous management experience is essential.

Job Description:

Join us as a Full Time Team Leader

Various hours available, Monday to Sunday, must be fully flexible. Previous management Experience essential. Shifts range from 7am starts to 11:30pm finishes and occasional Overnight shifts.
