Job summary

TK Maxx in Carrickmines, Ireland, is seeking a Full Time Team Leader to support store management and lead a team of associates. The role demands flexibility across a Monday–Sunday schedule, with shifts from early mornings to late evenings and occasional overnights.

Previous management experience is essential. You will help create a positive customer journey, mentor staff, and drive a culture of honesty and respect while contributing to ongoing development and progression within the TJX Europe

Join us as a Full Time Team Leader

Various hours available, Monday to Sunday, must be fully flexible. Previous management Experience essential. Shifts range from 7am starts to 11:30pm finishes and occasional Overnight shifts.
