Job summary

Costa Coffee Ireland & Northern Ireland is seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to develop essential leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced store environment.

You will be supported by experienced leaders, with a clear pathway to Store Manager and beyond, and will contribute to a people-first culture where your contribution is valued and real responsibility is given.
