Job summary

Costa Coffee Ireland is seeking a Team Leader to build essential leadership skills, gain hands-on experience, and be supported on the path to higher roles. This is a stepping-stone, not a stopgap, with potential to run a store or progress regionally.

Based at our brand-new store in At Gateway Shopping Centre, Galway, with free on-site parking and ongoing training, you’ll join a vibrant, people-first culture and help develop your team as you grow within the company.
