Major Duties:

  1. Oversee processing and quality checking of a wide range of dealing transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client standards.
  2. Manage the document workflow process, ensuring accurate and timely scanning of investor instructions.
  3. Investigate and resolve inquiries and exceptions, communicating with internal departments, other banks, and brokerage firms.
  4. Prepare financial reports in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
  5. Manage workflow distribution and resource utilization within the team.
  6. Provide technical training and coaching to team members, and brief staff on issues and new initiatives.
  7. Organize team work, assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor activities for timely and accurate completion.
  8. Maintain up-to-date procedures and ensure adherence daily.
  9. Assist the Team Manager in setting goals and objectives.
  10. Suggest and coordinate process and system improvements, documenting procedures accordingly.
  11. Conduct performance management, career development, staffing, and disciplinary actions.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for confident interaction with internal and external parties.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and provide feedback.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, escalate issues, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Experience:

  • College or university degree and/or relevant work experience.
  • Supervisory experience is desirable.
