Post Summary:

The successful applicant will provide seminar teaching, lectures, and supervision in key areas of Business French, including report writing, analysis of case studies, current affairs, social and political contexts, grammar, translation, and comprehension. Teaching will be in the Department of French within the School of Languages, Literatures and Cultural Studies. Contact hours will be approximately 8-10 hours per week per semester. Responsibilities include setting and marking assignments and exams, developing teaching materials, coordinating modules, and administrative tasks.

Post Details:

Specific Purpose Contract, with hours as per Public Service Agreements. Salary ranges from €42,500 to €54,139 annually, in line with government pay policy. Closing date is 17th July 2025 at 12 noon Irish time.
