Communicate Recruitment Solutions in Dublin is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead a diverse client portfolio and deliver expert Irish tax advice. The role focuses on corporation tax, VAT and cross-border issues within a professional services environment.

You will own client portfolios, support broader technical tax projects, and interact with Revenue as needed. The position offers a permanent hybrid setup with exposure to complex advisory work and client development opportunities.

Qualifications

CTA qualified with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of Irish corporation tax and related heads.
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients independently.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercial, client-focused approach with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and ROS.

Responsibilities

Oversee preparation and review of corporation tax returns and filings.
Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure tax compliance deadlines are met.
Advise clients on capital gains, acquisitions and other tax matters.
Provide VAT and indirect tax guidance, including property transactions.
Support clients with tax planning and practical recommendations across tax areas.
Research and advise on complex technical issues (e.g., R&D tax credits, Interest Limitation Rules).
Review income tax and partnership returns for relevant clients.
Handle Revenue correspondence, enquiries and compliance interventions.
Identify opportunities to broaden client relationships and collaborate with other teams.
