The programme offers access to professional qualification support, dedicated mentoring, and exposure to diverse clients and industries across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline.
• Experience from an internship, part-time role, volunteering, university society or team-based project is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with tax compliance and reporting obligations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and related filings.
• Research tax legislation and analyse technical tax matters.
• Support advisory projects across a range of tax disciplines.
• Work with multinational organisations on international tax matters.
• Assist with transaction and restructuring-related tax projects.
• Participate in client meetings and technical discussions.
• Analyse financial information and identify tax implications.
• Prepare reports, presentations and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Tax, Audit and Advisory teams.
