Grant Thornton Ireland inviting graduates to join the Audit Graduate Programme for 2027. You will work closely with experienced auditors across Corporate Audit, Financial Services Audit and Global Statutory Audit, building technical accounting and auditing skills from day one.

You will gain practical exposure to a diverse client portfolio, contribute to audit engagements, and develop capabilities in risk assessment, planning and reporting within a supportive, structured development path.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing audits across Corporate Audit, FS Audit and Global Statutory Audit.
• Review financial records, processes and internal controls.
• Analyse financial data and assess audit risks.
• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Perform substantive testing across key financial areas.
• Participate in stock counts and other audit procedures.
• Support identification and assessment of control weaknesses and business risks.
• Work directly with clients to gather information and understand operations.
• Prepare reports, presentations and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with Audit, Tax and Advisory teams.
