Cohesity is seeking an experienced EMEA Tax Director to lead the region's tax function. This role owns tax compliance, planning, and controversy management across the EMEA footprint, with particular depth in Irish and broader European corporate tax, indirect tax (VAT/GST), and cross-border structuring. The EMEA Tax Director will be a key business partner to Finance, Legal, and the Global Tax team, ensuring the company's EMEA entities operate in a compliant, efficient, and well-governed manner as Cohesity continues to scale internationally.This is a high-visibility role for a tax professional who wants to combine technical depth with commercial judgment, working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS/data security environment.
