HireForce is partnering with one of Ireland's leading accountancy and advisory firms to appoint an International Tax Director in Dublin. This senior leadership role offers international exposure, strategic input, and a path to significant growth within a expanding tax practice.

You will lead the corporate and international tax portfolio, manage client relationships at CFO/Tax Director level, mentor a team, and work with international colleagues on cross-border matters, M&A, and restructurings.

Formación

• CTA qualification with ACA or ACCA preferred.
• Significant corporate and international tax experience, ideally from Big 4/Top 10.
• Experience at Director level.

Responsabilidades

• Leading a significant portfolio of corporate tax clients across a range of industries.
• Advising on complex international tax matters, M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, IP planning and due diligence.
• Managing and developing relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CFOs and Tax Directors.
• Working closely with international colleagues on cross-border tax advisory projects.
• Leading business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Managing, mentoring and developing a team of tax professionals.
• Playing an active role in shaping the strategic direction and continued expansion of the tax practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Director, ideally from a Big 4/Top 10 background, who is looking to take the next step in their career with a firm that offers genuine progression, international exposure and the opportunity to play a key role in its future growth.

Our client is experiencing significant expansion, both in Ireland and internationally, and has ambitious plans to further develop its corporate and international tax practice.

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded tax team, working closely with senior leadership to develop the firm's tax advisory offering and contribute to its continued growth.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in managing and developing the firm's corporate and international tax practice.

Key responsibilities will include:

The Ideal Candidate

• CTA qualified, ideally with an ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Significant corporate and international tax experience, ideally gained within a Big 4/Top 10 accountancy firm.
• Currently operating at Director level.
