Job summary

FDC Group - Helping Irish Businesses Succeed in the west of Ireland is seeking a Qualified Tax Advisor to join our locally rooted team. You will deliver tax compliance and advisory services, building meaningful client relationships with support from our existing professionals.

The ideal candidate holds AITI/CTA credentials, has experience in an accountancy practice, and is capable of managing client relationships with strong technical tax knowledge.

Qualifications

• Qualified AITI/CTA is essential.
• Experience in an accountancy practice is required.
• Ability to develop and manage client relationships.
• Strong technical expertise across all tax heads.

The role:

• Engaging with clients to develop meaningful client relationships and to deliver a full suite of tax compliance and advisory services to our clients with the support of our existing team.
• Providing support to our senior accountants on technical tax queries
• Engaging with Revenue in respect of client matters.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified AITI/CTA
• Previous experience working in an accountancy practice environment
• Be interested in pursuing a rewarding long-term career with our organisation.
• Be capable of developing and managing client relationships.
• Have excellent technical expertise across all tax heads.
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently to analyse and solve client issues in a proactive manner.
