Job summary

Atlantic Projects Company seeks a Lead Quality Engineer for its Tarbert project site in Co. Kerry. This full-time role focuses on implementing QA processes on site, aligning with the Project Quality Plan and client requirements.

The role reports to the Project Quality Manager and leads a team of QC inspectors. Responsibilities cover quality control, inspections, NCR handling, documentation in the EDMS, supplier oversight, audits, and training.

Qualifications

• Site QA experience on large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of PQP, QMS and client specs.
• Ability to lead inspection and testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the site PQP and ITPs.
• Witness inspections across civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical.
• Manage NCR process and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records and turnover dossiers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for QA.
• Support internal and external audits and improvements.
• Deliver toolbox talks and promote quality awareness.
