Resourcing Advisor

Location: Ireland - Remote with Occasional Travel (Candidate must live in the Republic ofIreland)

Contract Type: 12-month FTC, Full-Time

Main Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to plan, prioritise, and deliver recruitment campaigns
  • Source quality candidates using innovative tools and methods
  • Promote Sodexo as an Employer of Choice across digital platforms and recruitment events
  • Deliver high-impact resourcing support against KPIs: time, cost, quality, and experience
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with precision, using ATS and social media effectively
  • Build a talent pipeline and drive Sodexo’s online employer brand
The Ideal Candidate

What we're looking for:

  • 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience within a multi-site organisation
  • Skilled in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident using ATS platforms and digital scheduling tools
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for people

This role requiresthe ability to consult and plan as well think ahead. Some hands-on experiencewith different selection and assessment techniques, able to select appropriatemethods in their use to assist both the candidate experience and the quality ofhires.
