Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a proactive Tactical Team Field Merchandiser to cover the Clare/Galway area, servicing the South West of Ireland. You will visit stores, build relationships with managers, and create eye-catching in-store displays to maximise sales.

This field-based role offers a salary of €28,080 per annum, a company vehicle and fuel card, a €6 lunch allowance, and a performance-based incentive scheme. Full training and ongoing support are provided within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit stores and follow your assigned journey plan.
• Ensure products are displayed in line with planograms and promotional guidelines.
• Maximise shelf space and secure additional display opportunities.
• Rotate stock and monitor product availability.
• Check pricing and shelf-edge labels are accurate.
• Capture before-and-after photos of displays.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and retail teams.
• Report competitor activity, sales opportunities, and store feedback.
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Deliver excellent service and maintain high merchandising standards.

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team. If you enjoy being on the move, building relationships, and creating eye-catching in-store displays, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Reporting to the Tactical Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are displayed to the highest standards, helping to drive sales and deliver an excellent experience for our retail partners.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Full clean manual Irish/EU Driving Licence
• Comfortable using technology and mobile devices for reporting and capturing store activity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships in store
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple store visits and priorities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great results
• Previous retail, merchandising or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
