In this role you will manage day-to-day operation of a cutting-edge platform, make risk-aware decisions under pressure, and drive improvements across the trading stack.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or Business from a strong institution.
• Experience in electronic trading with real-time decisions under pressure.
• Strong Python skills and Linux environment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of a cutting-edge systematic trading platform.
• Make real-time decisions on risk, market conditions, and strategy performance.
• Own risk management protections with direct authority over trading activity.
• Construct and execute playbooks for macro event risk.
• Drive continuous improvement of the trading platform alongside tech and research teams.
• Identify market microstructure trends and translate them into actionable insights.
