We are looking for an experienced and independent system administrator. You will find an atmosphere of creativity and innovation, a variety of tasks, and an international team of professionals from 40 countries, and you'll work with the latest equipment and services.

This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).

Tasks

  1. Maintenance of cloud services (Google, AWS, Azure, Cloudflare, GitHub, etc.):
  2. Monitoring the availability and load of services;
  3. Configuration control;
  4. Communication with technical support to find solutions for incidents and problems;
  5. Cost optimization and analysis;
  6. Configuring company information systems in accordance with information security requirements;
  7. Search and testing of new solutions and services;
  8. Participation in projects for the development and implementation of services;
  9. Preparation of project documentation in accordance with business requirements;
  10. Choice of technologies suitable for solving customer problems;
  11. Automation of support processes.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in IT and/or Service Desk teams (2nd-4th line)
  2. Experience with cloud providers;
  3. Experience in administration of Windows or Linux server operating systems;
  4. Familiarity with TCP/IP stack (ip, https, dns, dhcp, etc) and network and web technologies (vpn, dns load balancing, reverse proxy);
  5. Knowledge of PKI (tls, public key);
  6. Experience implementing or managing monitoring systems;
  7. Systems and critical thinking;
  8. Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Preferred

  1. Experience in budgeting or planning IT purchases;
  2. Experience working with accounting systems, conducting equipment/license inventories.
