A charitable organization is seeking volunteers to assist with various retail duties including accepting donations, sorting items, cash handling, and providing customer service. Training will be provided for all participants. No prior experience is necessary, making it an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to build their skills in a supportive environment.
Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Duties will include: Accepting donations from the general public, sorting, tagging and pricing of garments, sorting bric a brac, cash handling, cash register operation, customer service, window display, recycling, bank lodgements, handling complaints, shop presentation and weekly report sheets. Otherwise assist as directed.
