  • Demonstrated leadership and commercial acumen with experience building high-performing teams
Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will play a key leadership role in the firm’s Advisory division. You will lead delivery across complex projects, shape strategic initiatives, and mentor a growing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Delivery – Lead the end-to-end delivery of client projects focused on climate risk, net zero planning, and regulatory compliance
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with senior clients and stakeholders to translate technical analysis into actionable strategies
  • Carbon Strategy – Guide clients through GHG accounting, climate disclosure frameworks, and carbon market initiatives
  • Business Development – Contribute to proposal writing, tendering and identifying new business opportunities
  • Internal Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with other service lines to develop integrated client offerings
  • Team Leadership – Coach and mentor junior staff, supporting capability development and performance reviews
  • Strategic Advisory – Support clients in embedding sustainability into investment decisions and long-term planning
  • Practice Growth – Help shape the growth of the sustainability practice and its market presence
