Job summary

Muiríosa Foundation seeks motivated, enthusiastic Support Workers to assist individuals with an intellectual disability to realise a good life. Candidates should hold a relevant HSE recognised QQI Level 5 qualification or be willing to undertake a QQI Level 5 Major Award, with availability across day, weekend, waking night and sleep-over shifts.

Staff may be required to work across residents’ homes and various locations, including lone-working scenarios as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate holds a relevant QQI Level 5 qualification recognised by HSE or is willing to undertake a QQI Level 5 Major Award.

Muiríosa Foundation seeks a motivated, enthusiastic, creative and energetic Support Workers to support individuals with an intellectual disability to realise their vision for a ‘good life’. 'Candidates should hold a relevant HSE Recognised QQI Level 5 Qualification or willingness to undertake a relevant QQI Level 5 Major Award.There are various contracts for these roles. Please note that the successful candidates will be required to be available for any of day, weekend, waking night duty and ‘sleep-over / over-night’ shifts. We also require staff members to be willing to work alone in the residents’ homes and across a variety of locations if required.
