A specialist autism service provider in Dublin seeks a Support Worker to assist individuals with autism. Applicants must have a QQI level 5 qualification and a passion for person-centred support. Since first opening our doors in 2005, Autism Initiatives Ireland has provided specialist autism services for adults across our Residential, Respite, Day, and Community Support Services. Our vision statement voices our expectation that through supportive action people with autism can learn, develop and be enabled to have a sense of ownership over their own lives. Our aim is to positively work alongside autistic people, their families and carers in providing specialist individually tailored services for all to thrive from. The successful candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role, including a detailed induction before joining the service.
Staff are required to work shifts on a rota basis including evenings and weekends and waking night duty shifts.
