Collins McNicholas Group is seeking a Supply Planning Transformation Specialist for a 12‑month contract based remotely in Ireland. The role requires strong leadership to deploy a new program across multiple manufacturing sites, with monthly travel to Europe.

You will guide site teams through the transition, align with central deployment, and ensure site-level delivery of the new TOM. Requires 5–8 years in supply planning and SAP/IBP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Master’s preferred or specialization is a plus.
• Experience: 5–8 years in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of operating model design and transformation program delivery is desirable.
• Strong facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset to identify gaps and drive pragmatic solutions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the dedicated site transformation resource responsible for deploying the new program across assigned manufacturing sites.
• Guide the site team through the full transition and ensure plan adoption.
• Bridge the gap between central deployment and site execution, translating objectives into site outcomes.
• Own end-to-end deployment of the program at sites.
• Partner with site leadership and supply planning to drive adoption of the Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Conduct site readiness assessments and identify gaps against the target state.
• Develop and execute deployment and change management plans for sites.
• Deliver training and capability-building sessions for site supply planning teams.
• Track and report site progress against milestones and KPIs to the Deployment Lead.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required). Master's degree or professional specialisation in Supply Chain/Operations (preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of operating model design and transformation program delivery.
• Strong facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and drive pragmatic solutions.
• Comfortable working independently at site level with minimal supervision.
• Practical knowledge of SAP, IBP, or equivalent planning tools (desirable).
• Change management knowledge or certification (desirable).
• Travel to various sites in Europe a week each month.
