Job summary

PE Global (UK) is seeking a Contingent Worker Supplier Engagement Manager with strong pharma/supply chain background to manage EU supplier relationships. The role focuses on production planning, supplier engagement, KPI dashboards and continuous improvement across external partners in Europe.

Candidates should have a science/engineering/supply chain degree, plus experience in complex production environments and Lean Six Sigma expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Engineering or Supply Chain discipline.
• Experience in production and supply planning in complex production environments.
• Experience in supplier engagement and supply chain operations.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt Certification an advantage.
• Proficient in business IS tools such as Smartsheet, Spotfire, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Problem solving capabilities including fishbone analysis and 5-Why.

Responsibilities

• Production and supply planning and monitoring for production of Autoinjector devices and associated components at External Partners
• Liaising with Engagement leads and suppliers to ensure supply performance requirements are achieved and maintained.
• Maintenance and update of EU Supplier Relationship KPI dashboards and communication tools relating to production and supply performance
• Support of Supply Resiliency Efforts
• Track supplier related activities required to support NPI programs.
• Management of Continuous Improvement Projects

The EU Supplier Relationship Team has a requirement for a Contingent Worker Supplier Engagement Manager.

The Supplier Engagement Manager will work with the EU Supplier Relationship Team engaged in activities to include.
