What you will do You will support key supply chain activities while working closely with internal teams and external partners. Support high standards of Quality, Compliance, and Safety in day-to-day activities. Support new supplier notifications, including assignment and initial assessment for Brinny. Review Global and Local dashboards and reports to track KPI performance. Take ownership of assigned non-technical supplier notifications and keep stakeholders informed. Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and promoting best practice. Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in the Tier process to track notifications, escalade risks, and support resolution. Apply problem-solving skills in a cross-functional team environment.
Gain practical supply chain experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Develop understanding of supplier notification management, compliance, and business processes. Build confidence in data review, dashboard monitoring, KPI tracking, and reporting. Strengthen communication and stakeholder management through internal and external engagement. Apply problem-solving and continuous improvement skills to support business priorities.
Currently pursuing MSc/BSc qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Curiosity and interest in supply chain, compliance, planning, digital tools, or continuous improvement. Integrity, credibility, energy, and a self-driven approach to delivering results.
