Job summary

Sysco Ireland is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Co. Dublin to join a growing team driving performance across the supply chain.

The role focuses on designing, generating, and analyzing weekly, quarterly, and annual KPIs to improve product availability and customer experience while reducing costs. You will analyse business data, identify issues, participate in cross-functional projects, and build strong relationships with supply chain, category management, operations, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel between Sysco sites.

Responsibilities

• Design, generate and analyse weekly, quarterly, and annual KPIs for the supply chain department.
• Analyse business data to understand issues, trends, and patterns with a focus on product availability, improving the customer experience and cost reduction.
• Identify issues, participate in the development and implementation of supply chain solutions, support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
• Participate in and lead various internal and cross functional projects.
• Build strong relationships with the supply chain and category management teams to identify and rectify key issues and challenges and provide analysis and insight that will add value to the team and wider business.
• Work with the operations and sales teams to improve and standardise processes, improve availability and drive efficiencies.
• Primary network analysis to initiate revenue generation through backhaul activity.
• Co-ordinate with Logistics and Planning teams to deliver continuous improvement, providing support and training if necessary.
• Ownership of the team's ERP data, ensuring data is kept up to date, is relevant and correct which is vital to operations and contact centre processes.
• Ability to build working relationships with colleagues and managers both inside and outside the team.
• Work with BT and BI teams to build effective and value-adding reporting structures.
