In the UK, we are proud to have recently been recognized in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work 2023’, as one of only 11 in the ‘very large’ employers category.

The role

The supervisor acts as our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating sales assistants to drive sales and excel in customer service, and supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Enjoying a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure retail environment is essential. Your daily responsibilities will include sharing product knowledge, running coaching sessions, and ensuring smooth store operations. Supervisors will set personal KPIs and sales targets, leading by example.

What to expect from the role
  1. Sales floor:
    • Conduct daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to surpass these goals
    • Perform store walks, understand the importance of visual merchandising and commerciality
    • Monitor store sales figures
    • Handle escalated customer complaints
  2. Personal sales:
    • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills
    • Build strong relationships with customers, providing exemplary service and adapting to individual needs
  3. Store operations:
    • Act as key holder, ensure opening/closing procedures are followed
    • Handle cashing up, till reconciliation, and assist with administrative duties
    • Support with product deliveries and stock management
    • Operate the till, handle financial transactions, and follow security policies
The successful candidate

Our supervisors are brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate is highly capable, passionate about retail, and a team player supporting an unforgettable Pandora experience. Experience with leading brands or consumer products is preferred. We seek individuals who embody our core values: dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Key qualities include:

  • Proven sales and profitability driving experience
  • Passion for exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for Pandora
  • Well-presented with a passion for retail and desirable products

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Monthly bonus of 10%, potential 20% for stretch targets
  • Annual jewellery uniform allowance
  • Generous employee discount
  • Access to retail, hospitality, and entertainment discounts
  • Support for health, wellbeing, and financial advice through RetailTrust
  • Parties, incentives, and gifts throughout the year
