Job summary

Skechers Dundrum is seeking an energetic Supervisor to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll oversee opening and closing, ensure a compelling customer experience, and support sales, merchandising, and security protocols.

As a key team member, you’ll assist customers, guide the crew to achieve targets, promote accessories and apparel, and drive store performance while fostering a positive, inclusive culture at Skechers Dundrum.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the store opens and closes in style each day.
• Rocking the branded customer experience, guiding shoppers and handling sales, merchandising, and related tasks.
• Monitoring store security and acting as the guardian of the security system.
• Being the customer’s go-to person to help them find the perfect shoes and accessories.
• Supporting the cashiers and team during busy periods to hit targets.
• Collaborating with staff to achieve sales goals and promote accessories and apparel.
• Using merchandising skills to keep the store looking fabulous and on-brand.
• Fostering a positive employee experience and nurturing a cohesive team.
