Job summary

Skechers Bray is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy Bray store. You will manage daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong customer-service focus with ability to upsell and enhance guest experience.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Basic numeracy for cash handling and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store opens and closes smoothly each day.
• Manage sales, merchandising and customer service at the tills and floor.
• Monitor store security and prevent loss.
• Assist customers with footwear and accessories recommendations.
• Support cashiers during peak periods.
• Lead team to hit sales targets and merchandising standards.
• Promote accessories and apparel across the store.
• Drive store performance improvements and stock presentation.
• Foster a positive, inclusive employee experience and teamwork.
