Job summary

Meaghers Pharmacy Sandford Road in Dublin 6 is seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to join our community-focused team. The role offers a 4-day work week, a competitive salary and benefits, and opportunities to engage with vaccination and other patient care services.

Reporting directly into the Superintendent Pharmacist, you will lead and develop a friendly, professional team while delivering high-quality care to local customers in Rathgar/Ranelagh area.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience and a current registered member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland with experience of schemes (in Ireland)
• Strong sense of community and willingness to engage with customers locally in a friendly professional and confidential manner
• Previous people management experience and good decision-making ability and sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient care skills
• High level of organisation and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks accurately in a pressurised environment
• Positive, approachable attitude and flexibility to engage with all aspects of the operation including retail
• Experience delivering vaccination and common condition service

Reporting directly into the Superintendent Pharmacist the ideal candidate for the Supervising Pharmacist role will have strong experience in a community Pharmacy setting, be positive and friendly with a can-do attitude, a strong leader and always willing to put the customer first.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:

• A minimum of 3 years post- registration experience and a current registered member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland with experience of schemes

• Previous people management experience and display excellent decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
