Job summary

Meaghers Pharmacy in Dublin 6 is seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy team and ensure high-quality patient care. You will oversee dispensing, provide clinical checks, and support vaccination services within a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
• Proven leadership and team-management experience in a community pharmacy.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and effective operation of the retail pharmacy.
• Deliver patient-centred services including counselling and clinical checks.
• Provide or supervise vaccination services and other expanded services.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Lead and motivate OTC staff and technicians; conduct appraisals and training.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, health and safety, and data protection.
