Job description

We are currently recruiting for the position of Supervising Pharmacist to join our fantastic team. Candidate would be required to work 40 hours per week
No Late nights, Sundays or Bank holidays along with a flexible rota.
Store hours:
9.30am -6pm Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities
– Dispense medications safely, accurately, and efficiently
– Provide clear, compassionate medication counseling to patients
– Monitor and manage potential drug interactions
– Work closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
– Communicate openly and respectfully with patients and staff
– Ensure full compliance with pharmacy laws and PSI regulations
– Display excellent communication and motivational skills within the team
– Have a strong professional ethos and commercial understanding
– Ensure accuracy with excellent attention to detail
– Maintain appropriate stock levels in the dispensary ensuring the correct storage and monitoring of dated products
– Overseeing end of month claims and payments

Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Pharmacist registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
- Strong attention to detail and professional integrity
- Excellent communication skills with patients and colleagues
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping people
- A warm, approachable personality.
