Customer Care Responsibilities:

• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner providing an exceptional standard of customer care.
• Communicate with customers in an effective and welcoming manner.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and refer to the Store Manager where appropriate.
• Ensure products are served to customers in line with Food Hygiene Requirements.
• Assist customers with queries regarding deli products.
• Maintain knowledge of Food Hygiene.
• Prior experience is beneficial.
