Job summary

Susquehanna International Group is recruiting highly motivated full-time students for a 10-week quantitative strategy development internship at our EU Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. The role focuses on computational tasks at the intersection of trading, quant, and technology.

You will engage in education on market structures, work on projects with trading strategy teams, and collaborate with senior developers on complex, low-latency systems. Accommodation may be provided for interns.

Qualifications

• Class of 2028 pursuing a master’s or bachelor’s in a quantitative or STEM field and intend to graduate by Aug 2028.
• Clear communication and relationship-building are essential.
• Ambitious and goal-driven with a track record of achieving milestones.
• Strong software development skills in Python and a compiled language; experience with data libraries.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 10-week quantitative strategy development internship in Dublin.
• Work on projects related to signal creation/detection and quantitative strategy analysis.
• Assist in low-latency C++ strategy development and data-driven trading research.
