Jacobs is inviting students to join a Summer Intern programme in Ground Engineering, Ireland. You will work within a diverse team of geotechnical engineers and engineering geologists, assisting with project support and client-facing tasks under mentorship.

The role requires a penultimate-year student finishing in 2028, with eligibility to work in Ireland, and a demonstrated passion for solving real-world problems through innovative thinking.

Qualifications

• On track to complete a degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or Geology in 2028.
• Flexible and innovative self-starter who’s passionate about developing new skills.
• Enthusiasm and curiosity to apply your skills to solve real-world problems.
• Empathy and listening skills to understand client requirements.

Responsabilités

• Join a diverse team of geotechnical engineers and engineering geologists to provide support and advice to the wider Jacobs business.
• Work with senior team members to gain real business challenges during the 8-week programme.
