Job summary

Wella Company in Ireland seeks a Professional Education specialist to deliver inspirational education for all brands at face-to-face and digital touchpoints, maximizing salon business and meeting targets. You will partner with sales, collaborate with guest artists, and represent education both internally and externally.

The role requires at least 2 years as a qualified stylist, strong color expertise, excellent communication, and skilled content creation for social channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years salon experience as a qualified stylist.
• High mastery and craftsmanship in technical knowledge and services (color focus).
• Excellent communicator; enjoys presenting and facilitating trainings or meetings.
• Organized with strong discipline; proactive and self-motivated.
• Strong social competence; energize and engage others; trend-aware.

Responsibilities

• Plan & deliver Education activities in face-to-face and virtual classrooms.
• Use social media to drive awareness and promote Education Curriculum.
• Create and post educational content for social media and digital channels.
• Assist on shows and trade events for salon partners.
• Collaborate with Guest Artists to inspire industry and be ambassadors.
• Support Sales with training events and courses; plan and execute bespoke activities.
• Support Customers & Salons via Advisory Helpline and follow guidelines.
