Job Title: Student Accommodation Co-ordinator

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Role Overview:

The Student Accommodation Co-ordinator at ATC Language Schools plays a key role in welcoming and supporting groups, individuals, and host families, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to accommodation guidelines. This is a student-facing position that also requires close collaboration with host families and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome student groups and individuals on arrival, clearly explaining accommodation rules and expectations.
  2. Schedule and lead welcome meetings with Group Leaders to introduce them to the school and review accommodation guidelines for junior groups.
  3. Clearly communicate the school’s policy regarding host family moves.
  4. Liaise with other staff who may be meeting groups in your absence to ensure all students receive a consistent welcome and full briefing on accommodation rules.
  5. Manage day-to-day phone enquiries, including new host family interest, and respond to any complaints from host families, group leaders, or agents.
  6. Ensure the Helpline phone is covered throughout the weekend.
  7. Organise and carry out host family visits, including taking photographs, explaining hosting expectations, and following up on any incomplete documentation.
  8. Monitor and follow up on Garda Vetting applications for host families, ensuring all required documents (e.g., photo ID, proof of address) are submitted.
  9. Oversee Bray Residences by ensuring all key lockboxes are stocked and ready ahead of new student arrivals.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must have access to their own transport.
