Job summary

CroiValve is seeking a Therapy Development Director to lead the clinical adoption strategy for its structural heart device. You will work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, R&D, Regulatory, and Marketing, building KOL relationships and shaping education and evidence-generation plans to enable market adoption.

Reporting to the VP of Clinical, this role requires strong clinical credibility and strategic execution in a startup environment focused on cardiovascular therapies.

Qualifications

• Clinical leadership in therapy development and market access.
• Experience supporting clinical studies, site development, or early commercialization.
• Startup or early-stage company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the structural heart therapy development strategy aligned with clinical, regulatory, product and commercial goals.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and referral networks for education and adoption.
• Support identification and activation of clinical sites for feasibility and pivotal trials.
• Create physician training programs, training materials, and onboarding plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into strategy and evidence generation.
