Job summary

Ryanair is seeking an ambitious Business Analyst to join Europe’s busiest customer service team. You will develop BI solutions, create process maps, and forecast staffing needs while collaborating with CS and operations to improve service levels and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes data insights, reporting, and agile delivery in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau are preferred, with a strong focus on stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• BA or BSc or equivalent qualification.
• Project management qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of Workforce Planning and Business Analysis.
• At least 1 year experience in Data Insights & Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases and functional specs for BI development.
• Create process maps linked to outcomes and automate tasks.
• Forecast staffing and headcount, monitor schedule adherence.
• Produce insight reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
