Responsibilities

• Ensure KPIs are met by monitoring performance of direct reports.
• Recruit, develop and manage staff to deliver KPIs.
• Own department performance including auditable standards.
• Collaborate with other functions to drive business results.
• Ensure SLAs are met and drive day-to-day operational strategy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Develop colleagues through reviews, PDPs and coaching.
